The band's lineup included singers and guitarists Hayden Thorpe and Tom Fleming, bassist Chris Talbot, and drummer Ben Little. Known for their eclectic sound that blended elements of art rock, electronic music, and pop, Wild Beasts gained critical acclaim for their lyrical depth and theatrical performances. They released five albums, with "Two Dancers" (2009) and "Smother" (2011) being particularly well-received. The band announced their split in 2017 after their final album, "Boy King." Their music often explored themes of desire, masculinity, and sexuality, earning them a unique place in the contemporary music scene.
